ITRA-/UTMB®-Qualification
The Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc® (abbreviated: UTMB®) is a running competition around the highest mountain of the Alps and the EU usually starting in the French town Chamonix. Several distances are on offer reaching from ca. 55 km to 300 km.
In order to be eligible to compete in Europe’s biggest mountain ultra marathon, participants need to collect “Running Stones” by completing other ultra marathons.

SÜDTHÜRINGENTRAIL-Finisher 2022 receive 2 points for the RIESENTRAIL and 3 points for the HELDENTRAIL at the ITRA and 50K-points for the Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc®.
