Mandatory Equipment
HELDENTRAIL
The following equipment is MANDATORY for the HELDENTRAIL:
- Running backpack or belt
- Water container with a minimum capacity 1 litre
- Foldable cup (or similar equipment) to receive drinks at water stations
- Fully functional head torch
- Mobile phone (Emergency calls 112; mobile number of organisation team, see starter kit)
The following equipment is RECOMMENDED for the HELDENTRAIL:
- Footgear with profile as appropriate for tough surfaces
- Emergency equipment (first aid kit, rescue blanket)
- Running gear as appropriate for the weather conditions
- Individual food & drinks
- Adjustable walking sticks
- Cash
RIESENTRAIL
The following equipment is MANDATORY for the RIESENTRAIL:
